Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders purchased on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms listed below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working business day.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

We currently ship worldwide to most countries.
Estimated delivery time:
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • European Countries: 10–20 business days
  • Other international regions: 12–25 business days
All delivery times are for reference only. Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, and other uncontrollable factors.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and order weight.
Free shipping service is available for qualified orders. Eligibility thresholds are subject to the rules displayed on the checkout page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You can check your delivery status online at any time.
Tracking information may take 2–3 days to update after shipment due to logistics system synchronization.

5. International Customs & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your local customs authority.
These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or return fees caused by customs inspection.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipments to high-risk regions or countries with strict shipping restrictions. We will issue a full refund for any unshippable orders.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package is returned due to incorrect address, customer refusal of customs fees, or unsuccessful delivery, the return shipping cost and re-shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
We will not issue a full refund for returned packages caused by customer-side reasons.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

We strictly inspect all fishing lures and fishing tackle before shipment. If your item is lost or seriously damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery. We will provide replacement or refund solutions according to logistics verification results.
